RNA Interference: A Recent Approach for the Remedy of Various Diseases

RNA interference (RNAi) has been a recently discovered phenomenon for the analysis of regulation of gene expression in a variety of cells, by which target messenger RNA (mRNA) is cleaved by small interfering complementary RNA (siRNA).
