Biography

Prof. Dr. Shahzad Naseem worked on PV Devices for space use. Dr. Naseem also put forward theory of working of these devices which was debated world over in the scientific community for many years to come. Prof. Naseem started MPhil in Microelectronic Engineering & Semiconductor Physics for the first time in Pakistan. He has also introduced MS Nanotechnology for the first time in Pakistan. So far, Prof. Naseem has supervised 270 research theses in the fields of PV, LCD, SC, Spintronics etc.

Interconnections between Ag- NWs Build by Argon Ions Beam Irradiation

Interconnection between Ag-NWs is essential for the integration and assembly of NWs networks to enable optoelectronics and nanoelectronics applications. In this report, joining of Ag-NWs through argon ion beam irradiation technology is demonstrated.
