Biography

Noemia Carla Dantas de Vasconcelos done Master in Intensive Care (IBRATI), Postgraduate in Pneumofunctional Physiotherapy at Universidade Gama Filho - UGF (2005). He is currently a physiotherapist at Clínica Esperança - Authorized White Martins Dealership in João Pessoa. Has experience in Sleep Disorders and Respiratory Physiotherapy with an emphasis on Intensive Care.

Background: Continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) treatment has been consistently shown to have a positive effect on excessive daytime sleepiness (EDS), however no studies comparing subgroups of patients with different levels of mild-moderate and severe obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) has been performed.
