Dr. Roziah Mohd Rasdi is Associate Professor of Human Resource Development and Head of the Department of Professional Development and Continuing Education, Faculty of Educational Studies, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). Her research activities revolve around the areas of Human Resource Development, Career Development, and Gender in Human Resource Development. Dr. Roziah has received 17 research grants, and 7 of them are as the project leader. She is also actively involved in supervising students at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
