Biography
Dr. Soo Kang is an Associate Professor of Hospitality Management in the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition at Colorado State University (CSU). She is originally from South Korea and completed her MS and PHD in the Hospitality and Tourism Management at Kansas State University. She joined the faculty at CSU in 2003.Professor Kang teaches courses in lodging management (both undergraduate and graduate level), hospitality marketing, and senior seminar capstone courses. She is also an affiliate professor in the Dept. of Human Dimensions of Natural Resources at CSU.
