Dr. Soo-May Cheng is an associate professor of business management and director of the career centre at the University of Saint Joseph, Macau. Since her PhD in Sociology from the University of Queensland, Australia, she has been an academic in universities in Australia and Asia, an educational entrepreneur, and advisor and reviewer to academic and non-government organisations. She has supervised numerous doctoral and master degree students from various universities internationally. Her eclectic research interests range across many areas, including global management, corporate social responsibility; gaming issues; hospitality, tourism and MICE issues; customer satisfaction and service quality.
