Biography

Tamara A Speth is a Clinical Psychologist offering virtual psychological services to clients across Nova Scotia. I work with adults (18+ years old) to address a variety of mental health I am trained various cognitive-behavioural approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Prolonged Exposure (PE).concerns.
