Abstract
New Rotation Invariance Features Based on Circle Partitioning
Gesture system can be considered as the non-tongue language that enables the human to emphasize or clarify the importance of current speech when communicate with other human(s).This idea can be utilized to be the vision based language between the human and the human-made intelligent machines. In this paper, the researcher introduced a gesture system model for recognizing the hand posture, the main contribution of this paper is the presenting of a new feature extraction method based on circle division of hand posture
