The materials will provide an alternate route in which the chemistry can be undergone with an accelerated rate, whereas without the materials will lack activation energy for the chemical reaction to occur. It has applications in every aspect of the chemical industry, including catalysis, materials science, pigments, surfactants, coatings, medications, fuels, and agriculture. Chemistry mainly deals with the synthesis and behavior of inorganic and organometallic compounds. Materials science limits its distinct subject to exploring and designing the relationship between the basic microstructure of a material and its impact on its macroscopic properties. The application of materials science to industrial processes was undertaken in the 19th century. Cheminformatics may be applied to information analysis for varied industries like paper and pulp and dyes and such allied industries. Chemical information will pertain to real or virtual molecules. Chemists during this field work to know the physical underpinnings of chemistry and thus physical chemistry applications in specialized areas as well as chemical compound chemistry, supramolecular chemistry, chemical science and chemical science.
