Abstract
The articles prioritize climate change adaptation strategies in the Western Highlands agro-ecological zone of Cameroon. The tool used is the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) is one of the multicriteria decision making techniques. The results reveal that knowledge vulgarisation on climate change and impact with a weight of 49% is the most important criterion on which adaptation strategies should be focussed. Moreover, the alternative information and education of farmers on climate change and impact with a global priority of 51% constitute the best climate change adaptation strategy in agriculture in the Western Highlands agro-ecological zone of Cameroon. Government should encourage the creation and multiplication of the Farmer Field School (FFS) in order to promote the information and education of farmers on climate change existence and effects.
