Abstract


Changes in Social Welfare of Countries and Populations towards Knowledge and Information Societies in the Global World, represent a strategic Challenge to integrate Economics and Intelligence for Health Prevention, Protection and Enhancement. Main Social Determinants for Health of Populations and for the Quality of Health of Single Individuals as Natality Scores and Ageing Shift, Human Fertility Preservation-Protection and Enhancement, Human Nutrition Access and Delivery, Immunization, Patient Education Information and Health Navigation (Health Tourism Real and Virtual) must be evaluated on Health Metrics to propose Solutions at World Scale. Health Bio-Info-Technomics are the Main Innovation Technology Determinants in Global Health for the Development and Organization of Services and Providers to assist Populations worldwide and to provide Operational Platforms for Health Operators and Target Populations. Global Health Technomics is interfaced to the Policies of Health Economics and to the Strategies of Intelligence for Human Safety and Homeland Security. The Protection of Fertility Power of Populations is a Main Issue in the Global Social Welfare due to the declining Fertility in Western Countries and to the Demographic Changes. Reproductive Medicine is a fundamental pillar of the Government’s Policies in Family Planning and Welfare, in Preventative Medicine for Reproduction and in Sexually Transmitted Diseases – STDs. Reproductive Biology, BioSurgery and BioBanks represent a unique Challenge in Translational Biology on gametes, embryos and stem cells at world scale.
