Abstract
Web Enabled Campus Emergency Communication System
Emergency communication service is the dissemination of information on fire, arm robbery, medical need for ambulance and other emergency related incidences to an organization that provides the related services. Information should get to the emergencyservice providers in reasonable length of time. During the last three decades, several countries of the world including Nigeria have witnessed how inadequate communication capability has adversely affected emergency responders and recovery efforts of accident victims.
