Abstract
Xylanase Production from Aspergillus japonicus var aculeatus: Production using Agroindustrial Residues and Biobleaching Effect on Pulp
This study describes a xylanase produced by A. japonicus var aculeatus, and evaluated the suitability of this protein for cellulose pulp biobleaching process. The best production of xylanase was achieved with wheat bran (AE=11 U/mg of protein).
