Undifferentiated Uterine Sarcoma with associated Lipoleiomyoma
A 67 year old lady, a known diabetic presented with post menopausal vaginal bleed of 1 month duration. Radiological examination revealed a hyper echoic solid mass in the lower uterine body and cervix. Dilatation and curettage was done.
