Cytogenetic analysis in Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) reveals number of non-random chromosome abnormalities which play an important role in prognostication of patients. Isochromosomes are uncommonnon-random chromosome aberrations in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and prognostic significance of the presence of isochromosome(s) remains to be well established.
