Isolated Tubal Torsion in a Postmenopausal Woman
Isolated torsion of the fallopian tube is an uncommon cause of lower abdominal pain. Most cases are reported in women of reproductive age and it is quite rare in pre-menarchal and postmenopausal women. Isolated tubal torsion has no pathognomonic clinical findings.
