Abstract
Dental implant placement in compromised bone sce narios remains one of the most challenging areas in implantology. Dr. Miguel Alvarez from Madrid, Spain, brings forth an evidence-based, step-by-step guide to advanced bone grafting procedures that enhance implant success rates. Miguel Alvarez is a board-certified oral surgeon and implantologist based in Madrid, Spain. He obtained his DDS from Complutense University of Madrid and completed his specialization in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Geneva. With over 20 years in surgical dentistry, Dr. Alvarez is known for his innovative work in bone regeneration and full-arch implant solutions. He lectures internationally and is a senior faculty member at the Eu ropean Association for Osseointegration. His private clinic in Madrid serves as a referral center for complex implant cases.
