Hamed Takruri is affiliated to University of Jordan. he is a recipient of many awards and grants for his valuable contributions and discoveries in major area of subject research. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. Effect of Vitamin D Supplementation for Obese Pregnant Women on Gestational Diabetes and Diabetes Biomarkers

Background: High rates of vitamin D deficiency in Jordan are alarming especially when they are associated with obesity during pregnancy.
Objectives: To investigate the effect of vitamin D supplementation for obese pregnant women on gestational diabetes and diabetes biomarkers.
