Introduction

In sleep apnea/hypopnea syndrome (SAHS) a superior airway collapse can occur in the anteroposterior or lateral direction. The essential or auxiliary diminishing in the tone of the enlarging muscles of the pharynx, because of the negative pressing factor delivered by the withdrawal of the stomach cause the breakdown. Discussion

To choose the ampleness of Pharyngoplasty to further develop rest apnea-hypopnea condition (SAHS) in patients who didn't suffer or denied treatment with interminable positive aeronautics course pressure (CPAP).
