A Note on Spinal Epidural Hematoma

We present a case of spinal epidural hematoma after Lumbar catheter insertion in a case that passed TEVAR for an aneurysm of the descending aorta. Spinal epidural hematoma (SEH) is a fairly rare reality and has been reported to do in cases who admiralty-coagulant remedies, have bleeding diseases, or after traumatic needle insertion. In our case, the epidural hematoma passed 4 hours after catheter insertion, in a case that entered anticoagulant and antiplatelet drug
