Abstract
Pursuit of the Best Evidence Base: Implications for Treatment for Temporomandibular Joint Disorders by Means of Mindfulness Meditation
The trajectory of the new journal, Dental Health: Current Research (DHCR), is outlined. Its focus on peer-reviewing, publishing and disseminating the best research evidence base, and its emphasis on utilization in specific clinical settings dedicated to improving patient-centered dental health are emphasized. Implications and applications to treatment of temporomandibular joint disorders by mindfulness meditation are outlined.
