Drexel university

Drexel University is a private research university in Philadelphia which was founded in 1891 by Anthony J. Drexel, a noted financier and philanthropist.When first founded it was known as the Drexel Institute of Art, Science, and Industry. In 1936 this was renamed as the Drexel Institute of Technology and finally in 1970 as Drexel University.Till date more than 26,000 students are enrolled in over 70 undergraduate programs and more than 100 master's, doctoral, and professional programs at the university.
