Founded in 1966, Université de Rouen Normandie (University of Rouen Normandie) is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the medium-sized town of Mont-Saint-Aignan (population range of 10,000-49,999 inhabitants), Normandy. Officially accredited/recognized by the Ministère de l'Enseignement supérieur et de la Recherche, France (Ministry of Higher Education and Research, France), Université de Rouen Normandie (URN) is a coeducational higher education institution. Université de Rouen Normandie (URN) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation degrees), bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study.
