Founded in 1966, Université de Rouen Normandie (University of Rouen Normandie) is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the medium-sized town of Mont-Saint-Aignan (population range of 10,000-49,999 inhabitants), Normandy. Officially accredited/recognized by the Ministère de l'Enseignement supérieur et de la Recherche, France (Ministry of Higher Education and Research, France), Université de Rouen Normandie (URN) is a coeducational higher education institution.
