Glycemic and Insulinemic Responses to Isis Cookies and Danish Traditional Cookies in Healthy Subjects

In this study, we investigated GIs and insulin (indirectly measured by C-peptide) responses of healthy participants to ISIS cookies (produced in Chekia, with no added sugar by ISIS Food Products, Denmark) and Danish traditional cookies (Cookie and Co).
