Digital and Social Media Marketing
Social media has revolutionized hotel promotions. Platforms like Instagram and YouTube are used for virtual tours and influencer partnerships. SEO, email campaigns, and targeted ads improve visibility and conversions [2][3].
Loyalty Programs and Branding
Hotels use loyalty programs to build repeat customer bases. Personalized rewards, membership tiers, and branded experiences help in creating a strong brand identity [4]. Brand partnerships with travel companies and event planners are also effective strategies [5].
