Dr. Joseph F. Buell is a Professor of Surgery and Pediatrics, Director of the Tulane Transplant Abdominal Institute at Tulane University and the Louisiana State University. He holds his PhD degree in Medicine and Dentistry from University of Rochester New York in the year 1991 with top-notch grades. Doctor has been awarded more than 10 times for top-notch work in General Surgery field. He is currently practicing at 130 Lakeview Cir in Covington.
