Sanem (Guler) Cimen currently works as an Associate Professor of Surgery and the Director of Kidney Transplantation Program at Health Sciences University, Ankara- Turkey. She is an ASTS accredited kidney- pancreas transplant surgeon and a researcher trained at Dalhousie University, Atlantic Centre For Transplantation Research and Queen Elizabeth II Hospital between 2012 to 2016. 

She performs research in areas of Surgery, Transplantation and ESRD.
