Saskia Keesstra has elected for the Soil Physics and Land Management Group as president of the Soil System Science Division (SSS) of EGU. SSS-EGU is the second largest division of EGU and serves a large community of soil scientists and other scientists interest in soils and associated earth systems. Also the interaction with human actions and associated management and policy is increasingly in the focus of SSS-EGU
