Dr. Xihui Xu is a Research Assistant Professor at University of Wyoming, USA. He did his PhD and post doctorate from University of Wyoming in Biomedical sciences.

Dr. Xihui Xu research interest is focused on exploring the role of autophagy in different diseases, including cardiovascular disease, neurodegenerative disease and liver disease. Additionally, I also have interest in understanding the role of stem cell in the development of different diseases, such as aging. I have published several papers on understanding the role of autophagy in the maintenance of cardiac homeostasis and liver function under different pathological conditions.
