Biography
Chen Zhan-Ming is an associate professor in the School of Economics, Renmin University of China. He received his doctorate from College of Engineering, Peking University, in 2011 and BS/BEc from Department of Mechanics and Engineering Science/China Center for Economics Research, Peking University, in 2006. Chen’s current research focuses on energy economics and policy. He has published over 50 peer reviewed papers with an H-index of 24 and citations above 1700.
