Mr. Ashish Badiye is a Forensic Expert and is working as an Assistant Professor (Forensic Science), since 2011, at the Department of Forensic Science, Govt. Institute of Forensic Science, Nagpur, Maharashtra. He earned his graduate degree, B.Sc. (Hons) Forensic Science in 2009 and postgraduate degree, M.Sc. Forensic Science in 2011, from Amity University, Noida. He qualified UGC-NET-JRF in the year 2010. He has received extensive training and hand-on experience in Crime Scene Investigation, Management and Reconstruction. He has won 4 Best Poster Presentation awards and 1 Best Paper Presentation award in International and National conferences. He has published around 22 peer-reviewed papers in conference proceedings and various peer-reviewed National, International journals. He has presented around 12 papers and 18 posters in various International and National conferences. He regularly delivers Guest Lectures and Talks on various aspects of Forensic Science in conferences, workshops and training workshops to graduate students and professionals.

Mr. Ashish Badiye research interests include Fingerprints, Questioned Documents, Forensic Biology, Forensic Toxicology and Chemistry, Forensic Anthropology, Crime Scene Investigation and Reconstruction.
