Biography
Dr. Amin is a faculty member at Beni-Suef University, Egypt. He is also a member of the Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
Research Interest
Dr. Amin's Research focuses on Obesity and associated disorder, its mechanism and treatment. Metabolic syndrome- food additives and its effect on the body organs. Also the biochemical, oxidative stress and advanced biomarkers in health and diseases.
