Dr. A.L.N. Rao is Professor, Dept. Plant Pathology & Microbiology, University of California, Riverside from 2004. A.L.N. Rao has done his Ph.D in Plant Pathology from University of Adelaide, South Australia. A.L.N. Rao papers was also selected as “Articles of Significant Interest (Spot light)” by the Journal of Virology Editorial Board.

Response: Give equal weight to all positive and negative reviews before accepting the paper for publication.
