Biography
Dr. Levine is a Professor of Otolaryngology and Neurosurgery at the University of Minnesota. He received his M.S. at Northwestern University and his M.D. at Hahnemann Medical College in Philadelphia. Dr. Levine completed his residency in Otolaryngology at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, followed by a fellowship in Neurotology at the E.A.R Foundation in Nashville. He has board certification with American Board of Otolaryngology, American Board of Neurotology.
